Puja Patel Rios

Puja Rios is an accomplished marketing and product specialist with over 12 years of experience in brick-and-mortar and e-commerce retail. She has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on marketing and entrepreneurship from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Cinema-Television from the University of Southern California.

Throughout her career, Rios has demonstrated her proficiency in several specialties, including direct-to-consumer subscription e-commerce, online and offline media planning for national chain accounts (such as Sephora and Ulta), international sales, marketing and merchandising, quantitative and qualitative customer feedback (NPS and focus groups), product and packaging development, sample activations, SKU rationalization, and business development and partnerships.

Rios has held several leadership roles in various organizations. She is currently the VP of eCommerce at Cora and has previously served as the Head of Growth & Analytics at Cora, Director of Product at Madison Reed, Director of Marketing Strategy at Madison Reed, and MBA Marketing Intern at Madison Reed. Before joining Madison Reed, Rios was the Senior Marketing Manager at Dermalogica and held positions at Smashbox Cosmetics (Estee Lauder Companies) as Manager of International Sales Operations and Associate Manager of International Sales Operations. Rios began her career at Marsh as a Risk Analyst.
