Prosecutor Rubbinaccio

Michael M. Rubbinaccio, a retired prosecutor, is a Board Certified Criminal Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court with expertise from 1985 to 2007.

His academic journey includes a JD in Law from Seton Hall University School of Law, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government/Psychology from Rutgers University, and an Associate of Arts in Political Science and Government from Wesley College.

Throughout his career, Michael held various significant positions such as Morris County Prosecutor at Morris County Prosecutor's Office, Adjunct Professor at Sussex County Community College, and Adjunct Instructor at Morris County Police Academy.

He also served as the Major Crimes Prosecutor at Morris County Prosecutor's Office, Assistant District Attorney at Dallas County District Attorney's Office, and Municipal Judge at both City of The Colony and Town of Little Elm, Texas.
