Priyanka Agrawal

Priyanka Agrawal is a seasoned entrepreneur, mentor, evangelist, and designer with more than two decades of experience in driving innovation, disruption, and value creation. She is a master of creating digital transformation roadmaps and is adept at operational efficiencies, handholding companies to internalize an innovation culture. Priyanka has garnered a reputation for her ability to provide customized solutions to companies, recognizing that each organization has its unique core values, challenges, and aspirations.

Priyanka's career started as an architect, but she soon picked her love for experience design and pursued a master's degree in Graphic Design from Middlesex University in London. She served as a new media designer at DMGT (Daily Mail and General Trust) in London.

She launched her own start-up to bring a change in the experience design and user experience domain in India, which became one of the best in the country. Priyanka has given back to the community as an active mentor on several start-up groups like i-Accelerator (IIM Ahmedabad), IQ Bootcamp (Mumbai), and TiE (Mumbai), instilling the importance of good experience in young start-up communities.

Priyanka is also passionate about driving a mindset shift and behavior shift towards gender bias in India. She believes in the philosophy of 'Be the change you want to see' and is continually striving to bring about a positive change in our societal fabric. She currently serves as the Country Head - Isobar Consulting and co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer - Fractal Ink at Fractalink Design Studio Pvt. Ltd.
