Leading Program Management to transform Capital One infrastructure from message based architecture to event based architecture. The program consists of 10 teams comprising 50+ associates across fraud, channels, customer management and technology to build the Real Time Data Ecosystem for the enterprise. This work is foundational to enabling Machine Learning and AI to create real time, personalized and predictive Omni-channel experiences for our customers.

Sr. BSA/ Product Manager for the Enterprise Real Time Event Streaming. Leading a team of 7 associates comprising engineers and designers to build the infrastructure to manage Data Quality for real time messages. Responsible for grooming stories, managing the backlog and prioritizing work for the team.

 The program is expected to drive significant savings from reduced fraud losses, operational efficiency and improved client retention.


Led multiple initiatives :

Digital Agent Tools: Enabled Customer Service agents to encourage customers to go online.  Enabled the agents to educate the customer about Digital messaging and help the customer set-up/manage their alerts so that they don't need to call Capital One.

Customer Co-browsing: Worked on a 3 member team to pilot co-browsing – allowing clients to share their screen with a Capital One Call center agent to troubleshoot issues. Realized significant improvements in AHT (Average Handle Time) and customer satisfaction.

Follow Up Migration:  Designed an innovative solution to allow agents to create follow up reminders to contact customers at future dates. Presented the solution at the MVP’s all hands meeting for an audience of 200+ associates

Business Systems Analyst for :

IRA Plan Distribution Wizard:  Automated the IRA Payout functionality across an IRA plan via Check, ACH, Journal Cash or Securities.  Realized significant reduction in the application processing time and thus an improved customer experience

Automated Client Account Transfer:  Built an application to automate and streamline the process of Client’s Account Transfer – Full and Partial -- between brokerage firms
