Priti Acharya is a Talent Acquisition Leader with over 17 years of experience in hiring top talent in various industries. She is passionate about finding the best candidates for the job and building diverse and effective teams. With experience in team management, account and stakeholder management, IT recruitment, social media recruiting, niche skill hiring, and setting up new build-outs or campus hiring, Priti has proven to be an expert in talent acquisition. She has also been recognized as a certified social media and community professional.

Before her current position as the Director and India Head of Talent Acquisition at Falabella India, Priti has held leadership roles in companies like AQR Capital Management and Goldman Sachs. She has also worked as a talent acquisition specialist in Dell and Target and has been a team lead in Magna Infotech. Priti holds a Masters degree in English Literature from School of Languages, Ahmedabad and a Bachelors degree in English Literature and Psychology from St. Agnes College, Mangalore.
