Prisca Bae is a distinguished diversity and social impact leader with over 20 years of experience in advising corporations, foundations, and leaders on strategies to promote diversity, equity, and shared growth.
Currently, Prisca holds the role of Chief Partnerships Officer at The Asian American Foundation (TAAF), the largest philanthropic organization led by Asian Americans exclusively focused on supporting the Asian American community.
Prior to her current position, Prisca served as an executive at PepsiCo, where she was responsible for overseeing the gender diversity and women's strategy within the Global Diversity & Engagement Center of Excellence.
During her time at PepsiCo, she spearheaded the development and launch of a $100 million commitment to women and girls, while also collaborating with leaders across the company to address gender parity and pay equity concerns.
Before her tenure at PepsiCo, Prisca worked as a Vice President at Seneca Women, an advisory firm founded by the former U.S. Ambassador for Global Women's Issues, Melanne Verveer. She also served as the Director of the Women in the World Foundation, a public charity originating from Tina Brown's Women in the World Summit at Newsweek & the Daily Beast.
Transitioning into corporate social responsibility leadership, Prisca gained valuable experience at Goldman Sachs, where she managed Goldman Sachs Gives, a billion-dollar charitable fund available to the firm's partners.
Prisca commenced her career as an attorney at Latham & Watkins, LLP, after completing her Bachelor of Arts in Women's and Gender Studies at Columbia University and earning her Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.
