Preston Brown

Preston Brown is a research leader with a strong passion for sharing knowledge and expertise with others.

Preston obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University Channel Islands, an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from Saddleback College, and a Master's degree in Research and Experimental Psychology from San Jose State University.

Currently, Preston holds the position of Senior UX Researcher at ServiceNow, having previously served as Manager, UX Research (interim) at the same company. Prior to this role, Preston worked in various capacities such as Senior UX Researcher at ServiceNow, UX Researcher at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Graduate Research Assistant at VECTR Lab, Graduate Teaching Assistant at Statistics Laboratory, and Graduate Research Assistant at Gerontology laboratory.
