She holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Delhi College of Arts and Commerce, an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Center of Distance Learning (SCDL), and attended The Air Force School.

In terms of her professional experience, Prerna has served as the Head of Human Resources at IgniteWorld (BSB - Bharti SoftBank) and previously held the same position at hike messenger (BSB - Bharti SoftBank), Travelguru, and Travelocity India. Additionally, she has worked as a Senior Associate at Sapient and as a Recruitment Lead at Aditi Technologies.
