Premal Shah

Premal Shah is a highly skilled entrepreneur and experienced professional with a diverse background in law, finance, and consulting. He is the founder of FCL Search, a leading executive search firm that specializes in senior-level search mandates for law firms, accounting firms, financial institutions and corporate houses. Shah is also the founder of AFCL, where he trains transactional lawyers and commercial litigators in areas such as financial statement analysis, corporate finance, and taxation.

With his exceptional ability to connect with candidates and understand client requirements, Shah has generated a reputation as a trusted advisor. He has vast experience in a range of industries, offering advice in matters such as team acquisitions, mergers, combinations, alliances, new offices, partnership structuring, peer reviews, overall firm strategy and its implementation including business planning, and the positioning of law firms in their market.

Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Shah worked at ENAM Securities Pvt Ltd as a Business Analyst and at Wadia Ghandy & Co. as a Corporate Lawyer. He holds a degree in BCom, Law & Finance, which has helped him in his cross-functional roles. Besides his professional achievements, Shah is an avid sailor, road trip enthusiast, and lover of Hatha Yoga.
