Preeti Singh

Preeti Singh is a software engineer specializing in solving intricate biological issues through the development of software solutions, focusing on complex diseases such as Diabetes and neurodegenerative disorders. Preeti has contributed to creating a genomics browser for rare disease analysis using technologies like ReactJS and Clojure during her time at the Broad Institute working with Daniel MacArthur Lab. Her educational background includes a Master of Science in Computer Science and Computational Biology from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's of Technology in Bioinformatics from Savitribai Phule Pune University. She has also pursued an Advance Course in Bioinformatics from the Indian Institute of Chemical Technology and completed her 12th grade in Science at Campus School, Hisar. Preeti has held various software engineering roles at the Broad Institute, starting as an Associate Software Engineer and eventually becoming a Software Engineer II.
