Having completed his Master of Science (M.S.) at Aalto University and a Bachelor's degree at OIST Bhopal, Pravin Luthada has a solid educational foundation to support his career endeavors.

As the Co-Founder and CEO of Addcomposites, Pravin leads the way in realizing the vision of making continuous composites accessible in an accelerated timeframe. His leadership and innovative thinking drive the company towards revolutionizing manufacturing processes.

Pravin Luthada's professional experience includes conducting Master's thesis on tension-tension fatigue testing of pultruded carbon fiber composite profiles at Exel Composites. Prior to that, he served as a Product Engineer at ISRO (Indian Space Research Organization), showcasing his versatile expertise in different sectors.
