Praveen Hegde

Praveen Hegde is a seasoned finance professional with 14 years of experience in finance modeling, business plan evaluation, business valuation, Merger and Acquisition (M&A) advisory, PE/VC/Debt fund raising, deal sourcing, and deal structuring.

Currently, Praveen specializes in the Pharma, Healthcare, and Life Sciences sectors, bringing a wealth of expertise to these industries.

During his time at Eurofins as part of the Global M&A team, Praveen played a pivotal role in handling acquisitions in the Indian subcontinent, focusing on sectors such as Pharma, Clinical Diagnostics, Food and Environment testing, TCI, and new ventures.

Praveen's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the Institute Of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and an MBA in Economics and Finance from Alba Graduate Business School. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Ramaiah Institute Of Technology and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.

With his previous roles as Director - Corporate Finance & Investment Banking at PwC, Associate Director – M&A at Eurofins India, and Senior Manager at Deloitte India, Praveen Hegde has acquired a diverse skill set and extensive experience in the financial industry.
