    Pratik Sanjay Patil, a 21-year-old undergraduate student, is a passionate individual deeply invested in the world of Blockchain technology. With a keen interest in Blockchain's potential beyond just cryptocurrencies, Pratik has dedicated the past two years to mastering the intricacies of Blockchain, particularly focusing on Hyperledger Fabric and Ethereum, with aspirations to delve into Corda, Hyperledger Indy, Aries, and Ursa. He envisions Blockchain revolutionizing not only the Finance sector but also making significant impacts in Healthcare, Supply Chain, Energy, and Self Sovereign Identity domains.

    Pratik's professional journey includes valuable experiences working under esteemed professionals in the Blockchain sphere. As a Blockchain Intern at Tamil Nadu e-Governance Agency, he collaborated on a project aimed at utilizing Blockchain to enhance website security. Additionally, at Tech Mahindra, in the Blockchain Competency Business Unit, he contributed to a project facilitating developers in creating blockchain networks effortlessly. Currently, Pratik is engaged in a Blockchain-based project, 'Building on Local Trust (BoLT),' at Carnegie Mellon University under Professor Seth Goldstein's mentorship.

    Beyond his technical pursuits, Pratik is driven by a desire to effect positive change in society. He actively engages in community service, having initiated the 'Teaching Cell' program during his time as an NSS Executive at IIT Bhilai, where he imparts knowledge to underprivileged children in nearby villages. His inspiration stems from tech innovator Elon Musk, and he aspires to leverage Blockchain technology for societal betterment.

    Pratik's educational background includes schooling at Chavara English Medium School and Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV), followed by a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Bhilai. Prior to this, he pursued Pre-Engineering at Resonance Eduventures Limited.

    In terms of professional experiences, Pratik has held roles such as a Research Assistant in Blockchain at Carnegie Mellon University, Blockchain and Data Analyst Intern at Tech Mahindra and Blitz respectively, and Blockchain Development Intern at Tamil Nadu e-Governance Agency. He has also engaged in virtual experiences with JPMorgan Chase & Co. and interned at NearFit.
