Prashantha Shet is an accomplished software professional with over 17 years of organizational leadership, management, and Scrum/Agile experience.

He is a highly skilled hands-on technologist with a background in design, architecture, coding, review, and testing, coupled with a startup professional mindset.

With a global perspective, Prashantha has developed solid technical teams, managed operations, deliveries, and sites, showcasing expertise in end-to-end product development.

His remarkable career includes being one of the original developers of Crystal Reports, Business Objects Enterprise, VeriFone VeriTalk, and Jio Platforms, and he was an invited reviewer of Microsoft XPS specifications.

Certified as a Scrum Master since 2008 by Ken Schwaber, Prashantha has grassroots-level experience in implementing Agile Engineering practices from the ground up.

His business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, customer-centric approach, and big-picture thinking have contributed to his success in globally renowned software companies and cutting-edge product development.

Prashantha is passionate about organizational and engineering agility to achieve business objectives.

Education wise, he studied B.E in Computer Science and Engineering at University BDT College of Engineering in India.

Throughout his career, Prashantha has held key positions such as Engineering Leader at Intuit India, Sr. Director of Engineering at Sabre India, Member Of The Board Of Advisors at HSE-Hello Save Earth Foundation and OLEUM, among others.

He has also served as VP/Lead Architect and Head of Engineering at Jio Media Group in Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd, and Director Of Engineering at Ariba, to mention a few.

His diverse experience includes roles at Yahoo!, SAP, Business Objects, Crystal Decisions, Seagate Software, among others, showcasing his versatile skill set in the software industry.

Moreover, Prashantha has also contributed to academia as a part-time faculty at University B.D.T. College of Engineering and as a faculty for C/C++ Programming at Aptech Computer Education.
