Prashant Gulati

Prashant Gulati is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the automotive and technology industries. He served as VP, Head of Strategy, and Global Partner at Faraday Future from January 2019 to July 2023.1 During his tenure at Faraday Future, Gulati played a crucial role in several key initiatives:

1. Led the SPAC IPO process, resulting in a NASDAQ listing and a $1 billion oversubscribed fund raise.1
2. Spearheaded the integration of generative AI capabilities, including ChatGPT, into Faraday Future's flagship vehicle, the FF 91.1
