Prashant Banchhor

Prashant Banchhor is an exceptional and experienced professional in the field of technology with a demonstrated track record at some of the top players in the industry, including Ericsson, Intel, and Sony. Despite growing up as a handicap child with a disability, he overcame obstacles and developed a competitive spirit that has helped him to navigate through uncertainties and bring order to complex global technology projects. He is currently working for an M&A firm, providing due diligence on both systems and staff, and preparing bid documents for companies seeking a buyer.

Prashant's expertise lies in telecom, HW, SW, ASIC/FPGA design, combined with exceptional people skills, which has proven successful in solving complex issues arising from tight deadlines, resource crunch, and handling of CXOs at the same time. He has led several multi-million-dollar projects with teams distributed worldwide, delivering projects that would have otherwise failed, and turning around the performance of several teams. His achievement includes delivering 5G NR ORAN mmWwave Radio, involving the rare expertise of ORAN mmWave RU design, RU I&V, RU Calibration, RU Production Ramp-up, mmWave FPGA Architecture, Lab Validation, and deep PAAM understanding.

Prashant has acquired a Sloan MBA, Strategy, Business Development, and Leadership from the London Business School, an MS in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a BE in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya, Jabalpur. He is a former member of the ITSA - International Token Standardization Association and is currently a partner at Adan Corporate. His real-world experience is combined with a first-class business education, numeracy, and analytical ability.
