Prakash Malayalam is a seasoned entrepreneur and co-founder of CONTUS, where he currently serves as the Director of Vplayed Video/Audio Streaming Solutions.1 He began his entrepreneurial journey during his college days and has been with CONTUS since its inception, spearheading the VPlayed vertical since 2018.
With over 15 years of experience in the technology industry, Prakash has developed a diverse skill set encompassing software product development, project management, pre-sales, sales, marketing, crisis management, team building, and customer relations. He specializes in areas such as Ecommerce Development, Mobile Development, Microservices, Cloud Services, DevOps, CICD, and QA.
Prakash and his team at CONTUS cater to a global customer base, helping clients achieve their goals and connect with millions of users through the applications they develop. He remains passionate about technology and has a keen aptitude for adapting to emerging trends in the ever-evolving industry.
Prior to his current role, Prakash held positions such as Director of eCommerce Solutions and C.X.O. at Contus, as well as Quality Analyst/Controller at Acusis. He completed his education at Asan Memorial Senior Secondary School.2
