Pradip Rupakheti is a versatile Civil Engineer with experience in project management and site supervision. Currently based in New Zealand, he works as a Graduate Civil Engineer at WSP. He has a solid understanding of sustainable construction and has worked on cost estimation of civil works, business case preparation, and road and cycleway design. Pradip has also studied a Master's in Engineering Studies in Construction Management and has experience in risks identification, assessment, and mitigation. He is a critical thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Additionally, Pradip is pursuing a course in life coaching to guide and inspire upcoming professionals.

With a background in Civil Engineering and Transportation Engineering, Pradip has also completed a postgraduate course in Transportation and Highway Engineering from the University of Canterbury. He has worked in organizations like Amalgamated Builders Ltd, Government of Nepal, and Janakpur Engineer College, and held the position of President at Technical Students Association of Nepal - TSAN Nepal. He is an effective communicator and a team player with an ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
