With a solid background in Technical Program Management and Product Management, Pradeep has successfully led multi-year company-wide projects that have reshaped industries. He is known for his ability to articulate long-term visions and directions, influencing organizations to scale and evolve.

His expertise spans across Distributed Systems, Big Data, Storage, Data Infrastructure, AI/ML, and Cloud Computing. Pradeep has managed large organizations of 25+ TPMs and TPM Managers across Menlo Park, Seattle & London and has supported engineering teams of over 2000 engineers.

Pradeep Mani holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Cornell University, a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, and has also pursued Executive Education in various fields at Harvard Business School.

During his career, Pradeep has held key positions in reputable companies such as Instacart, Meta, Uber, Facebook, and Microsoft, where he has excelled as a Director, Principal Technical PM Leader, Head of Technical PM, and Product Manager, showcasing his versatility and adaptability in the tech industry.
