Prabhat Dalmia

Prabhat Dalmia is the Director of Data & Analytics at Archer, a data-driven real estate investment firm based in San Francisco. He joined Archer in June 2021, bringing over 20 years of experience in data science, analytics, predictive modeling, machine learning, and data architecture to the role.15 Dalmia's expertise is particularly focused on developing quantitative strategies and enhancing technology platforms that assist in real estate investment.

Prior to his position at Archer, Dalmia held significant roles in various sectors including banking, finance, and healthcare. Notably, he served as the Vice President of Quantitative Research at a New York-based family office, where he was instrumental in building a quantitative hedge fund from scratch. He also worked at Cambria Investments, contributing to the development of quantitative trading programs for investment managers.12

Dalmia holds a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur and an MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Management, where he was involved in a program designed to teach quantitative portfolio management.13 At Archer, he is primarily responsible for advancing the firm's proprietary technology platform known as the Actionable Insights Model (AIM), which transforms raw data into actionable market intelligence for real estate investors.24
