Lead Product Designer @ DeHaat | Masters in Interaction Design

I lead design for the agri input vertical. The agri input vertical has 2 apps:
- Dehaat Partner App which on one side connects DeHaat to our franchisee stores and on the other side connects the franchisee stores to the farmers.
- AIMS App which is used by our internal supply management team to fulfill the needs of our franchiseee stores

What do I do in my current role?
- Coming up with innovative ideas to enable my team of 8 awesome designers broaden their horizon of thinking and find their voice as a designer
- Putting together the dots and enabling the Product Team (PMs and designers) to align at the larger picture
- And all the remaining time is channelized to zoom in into the finer details of the experiences that we create, and make sure we keep inching closer to fulfilling the needs of our users

What do I feel proud about in this role?
The design team has started doing 0-1 Design Led Projects: From identifying the opportunity, conceptualising the solution, writing down the PRDs to finally pursuing it through execution.
