Prabha Bogodaarachchi

Prabha Bogoda Arachchige is a dedicated full-time PhD candidate and research associate at Monash University and Monash Migration and Inclusion Centre, focusing on Sociology and Migration studies. Her research interests include settlement, inclusion, and sense of belonging of highly skilled migrants from CALD backgrounds. Her current PhD project delves into the experiences of inclusion and belonging of highly skilled migrant women in Australia. She is proficient in both quantitative and qualitative research methods and skilled in data analysis using software like Qualtrics, ArcGIS, SPSS, and NVivo. Prabha's expertise extends to project management, report writing, and problem-solving for industry. She excels in presenting, moderating panel discussions, and organizing local and international events, including conferences. With a reputation for being a quick learner and adaptable to changing environments, she has successfully managed both independent and team-based tasks.
