Poornima Shenoy

Poornima Shenoy is an accomplished professional serving as an Independent Director on the Boards of NSEIT, Dixon Technologies, SLK Global, and Padget Electronics. She holds certification as an Independent Director from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs IICA.

As the CEO of Hummingbird Advisors, Poornima specializes in guiding young companies in scaling up and securing funding. She also provides advisory services to Morphing Machines, UniQin, and Aspire For Her.

With a strong entrepreneurial background, Poornima was the founding President of the India Semiconductor Association and played a key role in establishing the Electronics Sector Skills Council of India ESSCI. She has successfully founded and exited three startups and is a British Chevening Scholar for Women in Leadership & Management.
