Polyna Xiradakis

Polyna Xiradakis is a Cultural Manager based in Athens, Greece, with a strong background in museum studies and conservation of antiquities and works of art. She holds a Master's degree in Cultural Informatics and Communication from the University of the Aegean, with a focus on Museum Studies. Polyna has collaborated as a researcher with Museolab at the University of the Aegean, specializing in exhibition design and the integration of new technologies in cultural settings. She actively participates in Fellowship/Funding programs to enhance her skills in project management and public engagement within the sociocultural sector. As the founder and project manager of Urban Layers, Polyna leads an initiative dedicated to the preservation of street art over time, utilizing participatory approaches and new technologies to promote street art through public projects and educational programs. She shares her expertise through conference presentations and academic publications.
