Polina Savelieva is a licensed massage therapist with over a decade of experience based in New York. She graduated from the prestigious Swedish Institute and is a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.

With a deep belief in the power of massage therapy as an active form of healing, Polina offers personalized treatments tailored to meet individual goals, whether in sports therapy, medical contexts, pain management, stress relief, or prenatal care.

Her expertise extends to advanced training in sports massage and certification in prenatal/postnatal massage. Polina is also dedicated to promoting client well-being beyond massage sessions through strength and conditioning programs and self-care workshops.

In addition to her massage therapy credentials, Polina holds certifications from renowned organizations including the National Academy of Sports Medicine, USA Triathlon, Kettlebell Concepts, and Niara Healing Arts.

Prior to her massage therapy career, Polina studied at the NYU Stern School of Business and held positions at leading financial institutions like Och-Ziff Capital Management and Lehman Brothers. Currently, she is the owner of Strength and Comfort LLC.
