Pmp® Ahlia Tillman Kitwana is a skilled career coach, entrepreneur, and former engineer with an impressive educational background. She holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an MS in Mathematics from The City College of New York, and has completed Graduate Work in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland. Before founding Little Black Buddha, Pmp® Ahlia Tillman Kitwana worked in various positions, including Lead Engineer at L3Harris Technologies, Senior Systems Engineer & Electrical Engineer at Raytheon, and as an Adjunct Professor at Monroe Community College.
Pmp® Ahlia Tillman Kitwana specializes in mid-career pivots and transitions, providing tailored and customized group programming to help individuals come up with plans to change their current career or transition to something completely different.
