Pj Macchia

PJ Macchia is a highly experienced investment banking professional, with a twenty-year career in the global financial markets. He has expert knowledge of the fixed income asset class, and is recognized for his exceptional problem solving ability and self-motivated approach.

PJ completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, and also holds a Minor in Business Management from Stony Brook University. He went on to study for his Master of Business Administration (MBA) - Finance & Accounting, at the esteemed Fordham Gabelli School of Business.

PJ is currently the Global Business Manager - Capital Markets, Investment Banking at Barclays Investment Bank. He has previously held multiple roles at Barclays, including being the Global Business Manager - Fixed Income Syndicate, and the Americas Business Manager - Credit Sales & Trading. PJ has also worked as a Credit Sales & Trading Compliance Officer at both Barclays and Deutsche Bank, and started his career as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley.

PJ is a results-oriented, innovative thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. He is highly motivated and multitasks with ease in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
