Pietro Casella is a dedicated and diverse Technology Leader with a proven history of successfully implementing complex Digital Transformation initiatives across various technologies and sectors.

With a keen focus on shaping strategies, Pietro is involved in all facets of the transformation process, starting from the initial vision to practical implementation, including organizational design and coding for live production.

His expertise spans a wide range of areas including Digital Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Operational Excellence, Modern Data Stack, Enterprise System Integration, Financial Systems, and Business Process Management.

Pietro Casella's educational background includes studying at Salesianos do Estoril, obtaining an MSc in Computer Science from Instituto Superior Técnico, a Diploma in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management (PAEGI) from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, and a Licenciatura in Computer Science from Instituto Superior Técnico.

Throughout his career, Pietro has held various key positions such as Managing Director, Chief Architect, Director - Head of Architecture, and Service Area Lead at EQT Group.

Prior to that, he was actively involved in pivotal roles at Spotify, Safira/KPMG, FWD Advise, Grupo Português de Saúde, Accenture, and as a Teaching and Research Assistant at Instituto Superior Técnico. Additionally, Pietro has freelanced as a Developer.

His experience includes Business Technology Management, Architecture, and Strategy development, along with leading development teams, and consultancy roles across different industries and organizations.
