Pietie Olivier

Pietie Olivier is a finance professional with a diverse background spanning across investing, financing, and reporting activities in real estate, venture, and private equity in regions like the UK, USA, Europe, and South Africa.

Prior to joining Steyn Group, Pietie held the role of Associate Director at a European Real Estate Investment Management firm, where he provided underwriting, financing, and transactional assistance to teams in the UK, Europe, and the USA.

Pietie also brings experience from his time at PwC South Africa's Corporate Finance team, where he conducted due diligence and valuation assignments across various sectors in Southern African countries.

His tenure at PwC included roles in Cape Town and New York in the audit departments, delivering assurance and advisory services to both listed and private entities, including hedge funds, pension funds, and mutual funds.

Pietie Olivier holds an Honours degree in Finance from the University of Cape Town, is a South African Chartered Accountant, a CFA Charterholder, and also earned an MBA from the University of Oxford.
