Pieter Dorsman is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in technology, finance, and deals. As the President/CEO of Redpeaks Management Inc., he offers expert advice to early and later stage technology companies on finance, growth strategies, and mergers & acquisitions. Pieter has a rich history of co-founding, investing in, managing, advising, and successfully exiting Vancouver-based technology companies. Since 2011, he has been actively involved as a director/CFO of an angel fund that primarily invests in early-stage British Columbia technology firms. With a passion for educating and empowering others, Pieter conducts workshops for NACO, Canada's national angel organization, focusing on 'Deal Structuring & Term Sheets' and 'The Art of Valuation'. He has also played a pivotal role in developing a common standard for term sheets within the organization. Pieter's extensive deal portfolio includes notable companies like Actenum, Chrysalix, Curatio, Lambda Solutions, PDFTron, and many others.
