Pierson Devers, a Management Consulting Analyst at Accenture, is passionate about learning and discovering new solutions to business problems. With a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School, he has concentrations in Operations, Information and Decisions as well as Social Impact and Responsibility. Healthcare is one of Pierson's main interests as he finds the sector fascinating due to the emergence of new technologies and scientific breakthroughs that are augmenting the ways the medical community can care for patients.

Pierson has extensive experience in the professional world. He has worked as a Data Strategy Senior Analyst with MassHealth at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services. He was also a Member Board of Directors at Kids in Tech, a non-profit organization. Prior to this, he worked as a Consulting Senior Analyst and Consulting Analyst at Accenture, a Merchandise Planning Intern at Macy's, a Client Operations Intern at Quantum Health, and an Investment and Fiduciary Services Summer Intern at Wells Fargo. He was also a part of the Finance/Accounting Team at The Daily Pennsylvanian and was a Co-Founder and COO at Tony's Student Store.
