Piers Carey is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer at Teneo, a position he has held since founding the company in 2000. With a background in sales and marketing, Piers has been instrumental in driving Teneo's revenue growth by almost 30% annually, expanding its presence from a single UK office to operations in 5 countries. Prior to his role at Teneo, he served as a Sales Manager at Jade Communications, overseeing successful projects with major clients like BT and Cable & Wireless. Piers also gained experience in internal and external sales at RGB Trinet Ltd before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey at Teneo. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Geography and English from the University of Reading.
