Pierre-Emmanuel Bourgouin

Pierre-Emmanuel Bourgouin is an accomplished HR professional, who has spent his career driving business growth and ensuring that companies maintain a strong, engaged and motivated workforce. He holds a number of degrees, including an eMBA from HEC Paris, and has also studied Global Business Management at Fundação Dom Cabral, as well as Defense Policy and Strategy at the Institut des hautes études de défense nationale (IHEDN) in France.

Bourgouin has extensive experience in managing all aspects of the HR function, including defining and implementing policies, managing teams, and developing the skills of the workforce.
