Piero Marlia, Commercial Director at LiveEO

Piero Marlia is currently the Commercial Director at LiveEO, a company focused on utilizing Earth observation data to improve asset monitoring and compliance.12 They have had a varied and successful career, beginning with an internship in 2013 at EPIC Companies as a Venture Associate.1

In 2014, Piero joined Kreditech as a Global Market Developer, before being promoted to Senior Associate Operations and then Senior Manager Strategy & Business Development.1 In 2017, they moved to Google, where they held five different positions, including Sales Strategy & Operations Manager, Go-To-Market Central Europe, and Strategic Partner Manager, Channel Sales Southern Europe.1

In 2022, Piero joined Sezzle as General Manager, Italy, and also became Head of Expansion at LiveEO.1 They completed a Master's Degree in Management from the London Business School in 2013 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Economics, Management and Finance from Università Bocconi in 2012.1

Piero has also taken part in an Erasmus Exchange Program in International Economics and Applied Statistics at Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2011, as well as a Summer School in Financial Accounting at McGill University in the same year.1 In 2021, they obtained a Chief of Staff Fellowship from On Deck, and in 2019, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from DCM Learning.1
