Assistant Vice President- Global Marketing Partnerships and Alliances

Drove 5-7% annual revenue growth in small business sales by leading all revenue generating campaigns, customer sales force communications and engagement programs for a multi million dollar revenue stream. 
•	Created process to understand market/customer needs and drive more value based approaches to selling by creating a higher degree of relevancy in the market by partnering with sales leadership.

Assistant Vice President of North America Small Businnes Channel Marketing

Asked to lead the telesales channel, which had been underperforming for the prior 5 years, by the SVP of US Sales. Led sales managers with 200+ associates growing this channel’s small revenue to record performance levels.
•	Grew revenue from through strong performance management, creative revenue generating campaigns, customer and sales force communications and employee engagement.
•	Received company’s highest award, Presidential Circle of Excellence for overachievement of revenue goals.

Assistant Vice President Small  Business Telesales, US Sales, Greensboro, NC

Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives in project retention, revenue, inventory sales growth and new customer acquisition for this multi million sales region with 100+ sales associates that included the US Government vertical. 
•Designed customer planning process and tools for sales reps to drive growth in individual territories resulting in best in class project retention and an increase of 15% growth in sales. 
•Acted as primary liaison between headquarters product marketing and regional customers for product development, enhancement and pricing initiatives.
•Worked with national sales operations on sales compensation, sales force automation and policy.
