Phyleen has a diverse professional background, having worked in various roles such as a Trainer at VIStrainingen, a Research and Teaching Assistant at Leiden University, Hoofdtrainer at Stichting Villa Pinedo, Administratieve assistent at All About Mediation, Columnist at Gezinspiratie, Bestuursvoorzitter at Stichting Villa Pinedo, and as the Oprichter, trainer, and speaker at Speech!
