With experience working at esteemed organizations like McKinsey, Tiggly, and LeapFrog Investments, Phyl has honed his skills across various sectors.
Having lived and worked in the US, Australia, and Kenya, Phyl brings a global perspective to his work.
He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MPA/ID in International Development from Harvard Kennedy School, and a BCom in Actuarial Studies from the University of Melbourne.
Phyl's educational journey also includes studying at the prestigious Hale School.
Throughout his career, Phyl has taken on several leadership roles such as being the Head of Climate Strategy & Operations, Head of Strategy, Co-founder & CEO, Investment Analyst, and Business Analyst at different points in time.
