Phuong Nguyen

Phuong Nguyen is an ambitious first-generation student and immigrant from Viet Nam, who currently studies International Relations and the Global Economy, with a minor in East Asian Languages and Culture at the prestigious University of Southern California. Nguyen's empathy and communication skills are her superpowers. She has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience from working as a former Undergraduate Research Assistant and Administrative Assistant at the Security and Political Economy Lab at the University of Southern California. Additionally, Nguyen has honed her skills as a former Trade & Investment Intern at the City of Los Angeles and as a former Business Operations Intern at Remo.co.

Nguyen has also previously held positions such as a former Director of Alternative Breaks at USC's Undergraduate Student Government, a former Public Relations Youth Intern for the Alliance of Massachusetts YMCAs, and a former Lifeguard and Swim Instructor at Boston University. She is currently employed as a Law Fellow at the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law and has also previously worked as a Growth Operations Intern at Raízs.
