Phuong Jean Pham is a driven entrepreneur and engineering enthusiast whose passion for innovation has driven her career successes. She completed her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology at The College of Wooster and later obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Innovation and Management from Tufts University. During her career, she has held leadership positions at various organizations, including Cellens Inc, VietChallenge, and Tufts University in areas such as external affairs, social and community services, and program management.
Phuong's entrepreneurial expertise shines as the Co-Founder of Cellens Inc, where she applies innovation and management skills to improve society. Her leadership roles at VietChallenge and the Venture Development Center at UMass Boston included global entrepreneur-in-residence, chief operating officer, and social and community service manager, among others. There, she worked to mentor and support up-and-coming entrepreneurs while utilizing her skills in program management, database coordination, and time management and study strategies. Additionally, her teaching and mentorship experiences as a teaching assistant and peer tutor at The College of Wooster demonstrate her passion for supporting her community.
