Phiwe Salukazana is highly regarded in Schools Debate Coaching, having coached the National Schools Debating Teams of South Africa and Hong Kong, both achieving top rankings at the World Schools Debate Championships. He also led the South Africa Junior National Team to success at the Asia World Schools Debating Championships, reaching the Grand final for two consecutive years. Additionally, he coached the South African National Senior “B” Team to victory at the Heart of Europe International Debate Championship in the Czech Republic.
Prior to his current role, Phiwe was the President of the South African Schools Debating Board, overseeing the establishment of debating structures and providing support to regions in South Africa lacking access to resources for Schools' Debate activities. He has also held positions as Executive Director and Founder of businesses in the Financial, Presentation Coaching, and Business Advisory sectors in South Africa.
Phiwe Salukazana started his professional journey in China in 2018 after establishing a strong presence in South Africa, where he founded and managed Groupeq PTY ltd. He has also contributed his expertise to various organizations, including Lean Enterprise Acceleration Programmes, Impilo Group Entities, and Enterprise Development Essentials.
