Phillips Payson

Phillips Payson is a skilled individual with a diverse background in the film and entertainment industry. He obtained his BFA in Transmedia from Syracuse University and has since held key roles in various organizations.

Currently, Phillips serves as the Executive Director at Hilo Palace Theater, showcasing his leadership and management abilities. Prior to this role, he held the position of Director of Operations within the same organization, demonstrating his capability to oversee and optimize theater functions.

With a rich history in the industry, Phillips has also worked as the Technical Director at the Hawaii International Film Festival, showcasing his expertise in film production and event management. Additionally, he founded and directed Larkin Pictures LLC, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and creative vision.

Phillips has embraced various roles throughout his career, including Director of Photography/Editor at Cifax Yoga Studio, Screening Theater Coordinator at Deluxe Laboratories, Sound Mixer at Anxiety Films, and Boom Op at Emerald Pictures.
