With extensive experience in the Design, Management, and Commissioning of Solar/Backup Energy Systems, including Solar PV systems peaking above 1MW, he has also managed Electrification Projects at numerous schools and healthcare facilities across South Africa.

Phillips's expertise extends to Engineering with over six years of experience in Design and project Management in the Building Services industry, specializing in hospital design.

He has led successful projects in Solar Energy and Renewables, including Off-grid systems in Luxury Game Lodges and Water Harvesting Systems.

His coaching specialization lies in School Boy coaching, achieving significant success with Natal Provincial teams and boasting a remarkable record in RSA Schools Tournaments.

Phillip's educational background includes studies in Technical & Business Report Writing, Occupational Health and Safety Management, Electrical Engineering, Energy Auditing, Energy Efficiency Fundamentals, Bussiness Project Management, and Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment.
