He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, with a focus on Business Administration. Additionally, he studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Virginia and earned another Master of Business Administration from Hitotsubashi University. His educational journey also includes studies at the University of Tsukuba, The Bronx High School of Science, and SUNY New Paltz where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration.

Phillip Green is the President and Founder of Green Powered Technology, showcasing his leadership skills and entrepreneurial spirit. His involvement in organizations such as the Virginia Offshore Wind Development Authority, Department of Commerce's Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Advisory Committee, and the Trade Advisory Committee on Africa highlights his commitment to sustainability and renewable energy initiatives.
