    Phillip Curley is the CEO and Founder of HotSpot Inc, a prominent national leader in mobile transportation solutions that serves over 100 government clients in Canada with recent expansion into the USA.

    Starting HotSpot at the age of 21, Phillip has led the company to significant growth over eight years, operating from its headquarters in Fredericton with a dedicated staff of 25 supporting users nationwide.

    Phillip Curley has earned notable accolades including being recognized as one of Atlantic Canada's top 50 CEOs in 2021, featured in the Top 30 under 30 by Atlantic Canada Business Magazine in 2019, and honored with the Entrepreneur of the Year award by the Fredericton Chamber and UNB TME in 2018 and 2016.

    Phillip is actively involved in mentoring and supporting the next generation of leaders through his participation in organizations such as Propel, Junior Achievement, and Enterprise Fredericton.

    Education-wise, Phillip pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Civil Engineering with a B+ grade and a Diploma in Business Administration specializing in Technology Management and Entrepreneurship with an A- grade, both from the University of New Brunswick. He also studied Engineering at the University of New Brunswick and obtained a 3-year diploma in Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) with a 75-80% average from UPEI.

    His past experiences include roles as an Engineering Student at University of New Brunswick, Project Manager/Estimator at Greater Enlightenment Buddhist Society, and as an Engineering student at Environmental Industrial Inc. within the Provincial Government.
