Phillip has held key managerial positions in renowned hospitality organizations. Notably, he has served as the Area General Manager at Shangri-La Hotel within the esteemed Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts group.

Prior to his role at Shangri-La, Phillip excelled as the General Manager at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts and also at Carlson Hotels Worldwide. His experience extends to managing the prestigious Couran Cove Island Resort - a 5-star establishment in QLD, as well as holding a leadership position at Sun International.

With a strong background in hotel management and a proven track record in various leadership roles, Phillip Couvaras continues to make significant contributions to the hospitality sector.
