Phillip Akhzar is the founder and CEO of Arka, a billion-dollar sustainable packaging company based in Austin, Texas.23 He founded Arka in November 2015 after previously founding Pakible, a company that specialized in packaging.13

Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Akhzar gained experience in industrial engineering at Boeing as a Student Engineer, where he implemented Lean principles.3 He also held roles as the Lead Industrial Engineer and Director of Reclamation at iCracked Inc., a startup that focused on repairing and replacing Apple devices.13
