Philippe Rapin is the Co-Founder & CEO of Urban Radar, a mobility analytics software company focused on helping public and private urban players leverage mobility data to address congestion and reduce air pollution.

He holds a Master of Science in Management from Centralesupelec and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Finance from Collège Sciences De L'Homme, Université De Bordeaux.

Philippe has a diverse professional background, having served in various roles such as Vice President, Founder, Managing Director, and Sub-division Director at Mott MacDonald.

He was also the former CEO of City Acting, a start-up he exited in 2011, and has experience in roles related to finance control, post-merger integration, and business analysis.

Additionally, Philippe Rapin has shared his knowledge as a Guest Lecturer at Stanford University and as a Board Member at the National Council for Public-Private Partnerships.

His expertise lies in transforming static and dynamic mobility data into actionable insights through Urban Radar's cloud-based software, contributing to the optimization of urban mobility and environmental sustainability.
