Philippe Porral

Philippe Porral is an accomplished engineer who has excelled in the field of sciences numériques and interactions lumière/matière. He received his PhD from the University of Recherche Paris Sciences et Lettres after completing his Diplôme d'ingénieur from Mines Douai. Porral is the co-founder and CEO of United Visual Researchers, a company that specializes in offering computer-assisted design and appearance solutions. He developed the suite logicielle OMEN at United Visual Researchers that is based on the exploitation of measures spectrales and polarisées to offer reliable solutions for simulations optiques in both indoor and outdoor environments for devices such as Ecrans, HUDs, afficheurs, phares, feux, and many more.

Before founding United Visual Researchers, Porral worked in several senior positions at Groupe PSA, where he served as an Ingénieur de recherche responsible for lots d'innovation. He also worked as an Informatique Responsable and Ingénieur Développement Informatique at SPRING and as an Ingénieur Technico-commercial at ComputerVision SA. In all his previous roles, Philippe Porral has gained extensive experience in innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship, which he leverages to drive UVR's growth and success.
