As a Product & Tech leader, my mission includes:

- Recruiting top talent (freelance or permanent) to complete our Product, Back, Front, Design, and SalesForce teams; fostering the growth of contributors and managers through training & coaching; managing departures
- Handling the work relationship with our freelancers and contractual follow-ups
Implementing actions to develop autonomous teams with a strong grasp of business domains and technical stacks
- Providing meaning to the work done by our product managers, designers, administrators, and developers
- Supporting contributors and managers in their careers in the most objective way possible (career path, one-on-one, etc.)
- Setting up indicators to track our OKRs
- Being receptive to developers and our partners to continually improve at all levels
- Assisting with backlog prioritization
- Acting as the technical team's ambassador to other departments
- Managing the Product & Tech teams' budget
- Creating impact in the weekly executive committee meetings
- Managing the technical aspects of R&D tax credits (CIR / CII)

- Multidisciplinary Team Management: Oversight of the recruitment, coordination, and professional development of a team consisting of project managers, graphic designers, and developers.
- Managing the team remotely, by implementing effective strategies for communication and collaboration at a distance.
- Coordination of working relationships with freelancers, from contract drafting to closure, ensuring quality service in line with expectations.
- Pivoting the agency towards the integration of HubSpot CRM for industrial clients, actively identifying and selling these services.
- Management of relationships and negotiations with key partners, including HubSpot, to optimize the services offered.
