Philipp Rittershaus is a seasoned managing director, investor, and former senior investment manager with a strong background in the biotechnology and medical industries. He has extensive experience serving on boards and as an observer for startups such as AYOXXA Biosystems and REPLICATE Dental Technologies. Before transitioning to the startup world, Rittershaus was a research scientist at BRAIN AG and the Medical University of South Carolina. He has owned and operated his own consulting and interim management firm before taking a role as interim Director of Fundraising & Strategy at Abviris Deutschland GmbH. Rittershaus is currently the managing director at RootCamp, a SpinLab Incubator, where he assists other startups in launching and growing their businesses.
